I had a very pleasant experience here, everything was fine, the location was top close to Venue Cymru, the sea front, and all the shops. The breakfast was delicious and above average with great view, with plenty of splendid options. The service was exceptional in my opinion.

Location right by Venue Cymru and Llandudno and Restaurant. For shots visit Samphire Brasserie & Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We booked a twin room, but on arrival were shown to a double room. This was rectified with no problems. Despite the twin room being a lot smaller it was a very enjoyable stay.

Room had a great sea view. The only downside was the damp patches on the walls. Close to the beach and golf course, a plus for us.

Liked the fact it was on the sea front. Also we went to a concert at venue cymru, the fact that the hotel was next door was an added bonus.

The stay was wonderful, especially the sea view room and the delicious food served at the restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. I particularly appreciated the accommodating nature of the staff regarding our dietary needs, making meals enjoyable. Exploring nearby attractions like the Great Orme added to the charm of the trip.

I was competing in the Llandudno Triathlon, and they let us keep the room on until 4pm at no extra cost so I could have a shower after the event.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but would definetly go back and stay for a longer holiday. we booked our room as a double and requested a cot for our 5 month old baby, the double room on the website was described as compact, but when we booked in we were given the deluxe room on the ground floor which was quite a large room with a large wet room which we were very happy with (no bath for the baby so she had her first shower and loved it ). the bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, the decor suited the hotel, not old fashioned but not to modern. All the staff were very polite and helpful, The breakfast was lovely with a wide choice available. Hoping to go back in August.
